Before moving day.
How long is the rental?
Ten days, which is plenty of time to pack, move and unpack. Need longer? Text or call us before your pickup date to extend: $15 per week for Apartment, $25 for Home, $35 for Large Home.
How many bins do I need?
A rough rule is 10 to 15 bins per room. Apartment covers most studios and 1-bedrooms, Home fits 2 to 3 bedrooms, and Large Home is built for bigger houses and families. Not sure? Tell us about your place and we’ll help you pick.
How much fits in one bin?
Each tote holds about 27 gallons, roughly the same as a large moving box, with a lid that locks shut.
Do you deliver?
Yes. For $25 we drop the bins at your door before your move and pick them up at your new place when you’re done. You can also grab them from one of our pickup spots for free.
Are the bins clean?
Every bin is washed, sanitized and inspected after each rental before it goes out again.
What if a bin gets damaged?
Normal wear is on us. Bins that come back cracked, lost or written on in permanent marker may carry a replacement fee.
